Personalized Items

Personalized or custom-engraved items (name, message, specific design) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are made specifically for you. Please carefully verify all information (spelling, dates, names) before confirming your order.

Food Products

For hygiene and food safety reasons, food products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard Items (Non-Personalized)

For standard non-personalized items, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending a photo of the item and packaging to 2ptitesmains@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
